Refund Policy

7-day refund window
Within 7 days of buying a pack, you can request a full refund if the pack is essentially unused — specifically, if at least 90% of its value remains.
After 7 days, or partly used
After the 7-day window, or if you have used more than 10% of a pack, we refund the unused portion on a prorated basis, based on the balance remaining at the time of the request.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- A refunded pack is closed and can no longer be used; any remaining balance on it is voided.
- Processing typically takes a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where we reasonably suspect abuse — for example, repeatedly buying, draining, and refunding packs, or use that violates our Terms of Service. Expired packs are not refundable, as their value was made available to you for the full validity period.
How to request a refund
Email hello@token-wallet.ai from the address on your account, including your order number. We will confirm by email once the refund is issued.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, which it does not limit.
